3 Steps To Get Platinum Blonde Hair

Justin Bieber got it. Beckham started it. And now we’ve done it and made a video for you!

Let us introduce the Platinum Blond Hairstyle for men. We’re gonna give you 3 simple steps on how to achieve this great hairstyle – and how to style it.

Our model Micky is up for a transformation!

1. Use the right products

When you’re bleaching your hair, the most important thing is to use the right products. Don’t settle for lower quality and cheap products – you might just damage your hair. It’ll cost you more in the long run. We’ve used a product called Color Creme, but you can ask your local hairdresser for the best product available on the market.

Micky says: “I was a bit afraid of my hair going yellow, but Ulises made sure he had everything under control from the beginning. He is probably the best hairdresser I’ve ever met, and it was an honor to model for this awesome haircut”.

After coloring the hair once, we recommend using a rinsing color to ensure a clean platinum instead for a yellowish color. A good rinsing product will also ensure that the final look will appear more natural.

2. Wash gently with a shampoo

We suggest washing the hair no more than three times a week. Two times a week with a repair shampoo and conditioner, and once a week only using shampoo. Washing prevents it from looking too bleached and keeps a natural balance in your hair. Leave the shampoo in for 2-3 minutes and then rinse it out.

3. How to style it right

When you’re rocking a bleached hairstyle, it can be difficult to style it without it ending up looking yellow.

We recommend that you use a mat styling product, such as By Vilain Dynamite Clay, which is also used in this video. It’ll give the hair a perfect mat finish which is what you want for this look. Avoid any products with shine – they’ll make a bleached hairstyle look unnecessarily unnatural.
