1. Get Outside Some More
How’s the weather today? Sunlight is necessary. It’s vital for vitamin D, which plays an important part in everything from testosterone and fat loss to a good health.
Even just a five-minute walk in the park has proven to make you feel delightful.
If you can’t get outside, bring the outside to you. Surrounding yourself with plants can actually reduce stress and make you happier.
2. Do Yoga
Whether you’re a footballer, a lifter or a runner, one thing is for sure: YOGA will make you feel so much better. Yes, yoga can be challenging, but it’s worth giving it a try.
The mindful focus on breathing and your body, in general, can reduce stress, stop you from getting sick and ramp up your production of lymphocytes.
